Laser cut data

To generate kymographs for analysis of apical widths, need to be able to draw dummy cut axis using cziFig
Currently tiffs in cziFig need metadata from a czi file: in this case it is not possible Therefore, would be good to initially ask whether have czi file: then if the answer is no, allow manual input of metadata required
