Hey there, great minds and all...

Two features that I'm doing that you might consider:

generate tone when it opens the tab to get your attention. This untethers you a bit so you can watch tv it whatever without worrying you missed one.
instead of(or in addition to) filtering by city, I filter by coordinates. This means I can search for any appointments within 10 miles of me.

Oops, just read your docs, looks like you are doing distance already. Just the beep then!

If you arent sitting there when it finds one ... you probably wont get it so the beep might be of no use
