error working with iPhone running ios 12.1.4 #13

runs on prior ios without a problem but after try this ios i get Error loading Ninject component IModuleLoader No constructor was available to create an instance of the registered implementation type ModuleLoader. Suggestions: 1) Ensure that the implementation type has a public constructor.nject The method or operation is not implemented.
