fix bug of kernelparam losing of ubuntu #218

kernelparam defined in tdl file will ignore by oz before, this is the patch to fix it

Thanks for the patch! I actually reworked it a bit to be more like how RedHat.py does it. Take a look at what I pushed (commit c623de4974dec1a940937821c1dd82825877afe3), and let me know if that works for you. Thanks again.
