Updated to support kibana 6.3.0 #30

The release for 6.2.3 is not compatible with kibana 6.3.0. It currently breaks the visualization UI, this commit fixes that.

Hi, I have tested your files changed on 6.3.1 and the plugin installation is ok but impossible to configure the color. "options" has disappear. Have you an idea to solve that?

Hey, Yes I realised after making this pull request that it wasn't displaying the options tab at all. I've fixed this but yet to commit the changes, once I have done more testing I will open a new pull request soon.
