The project houses several outdated postman request files created for demo and old documentation that is not relevant anymore. This should be cleaned up.

These files should be deleted and removed from the repository. The postman collections can be moved to a dedicated section into Documentation or alternatively, the upcoming playground should be able to demonstrate these.
