This place looks abandoned

Hi everyone. cyg-apt last updated almost a year ago. I think it's time to 
choose a live fork or create a new one.
Here's a small summary of similar tools I found:

Maybe there're others.

imho, this project still looks more promising than the others. I didn't take a 
close look on other python scripts, but viewed apt-cyg.
I think this task is too complex for bash, although apt-cyg may work better now.

I did this before I saw basinilya's work, but mine has a few extra things too.
