Enhancement: Routing Fees Line Chart #131

We can add another chart to the bkpr route that shows a line graph of routing fees over time for the totals and individual channels. Needs to have the ability to:

Set the timeframe for the chart
Toggle display for channels and total

We are moving these kinds of charts over to a separate accounting app, so closing for now.
