We need to enable support for onchain features:

Create a new balance route that will show onchain and offchain balances in detail
Add onchain balance to the total balance
Allow for creating onchain receive address
Allow for sending to onchain addresses
Allow for scanning onchain QR
Can create a toggle for switching receive QR between lightning, onchain and universal (bip21)

This will set us up for channel management support.
