1.7.0-0.1.2 - Feature: Channels

This PR adds limited support for channel management and has the following additions:

• Includes onchain balance in the main home balance

• Add a new channels nav link:

  

• The nav link routes to a new /channels route which displays all current channels with remote and local balances:

• When a channel is clicked on, it routes to a specific page for that channel with additional details:

• Clicking on the "Update channel settings" button will bring up a modal to adjust channel fee and htlc settings:

• From the main channels route the "Open" button will take you to the /channels/open route to input details for a new channel:

• Errors when opening a channel will be displayed, otherwise if successful, the app will automatically route to the detail page for the newly created channel. The page will poll for the channel details every 15 seconds so that it can update the channel state for when it is ready to use (normal state)
