Feature Request: Show spendable balance on Open Channel dialog. #196

If I am about to open a channel, it would be helpful to know what my on-chain balance is. I understand that splicing may obviate the need for this, so low priority I guess.

Yeah good call, will definitely integrate in to v2 work currently happening.
