Overview

Version 2.0 had a nasty error which was not caught when it was tested.

Changes

Fixed for good the cv2 error when failing to open video file (#49)
Added timeUnit specification to view metadata

@keighrim Yeah, that would be a good thing to add. But let's talk when we meet later today because while I see why and how metadata.py needs to be changed, I am not at all clear on why the other changes are needed.
