Current CLAMS container images (published via ghcr) are based on debian buster. As the EOL for the version is approaching, we should update the base image sooner rather than later. While doing so, I'd like to set some additional configurations, while upgrading the base images.
[x] base user's cache directory exposed as a mountable volume (or at least fixed location with clear documentation) so that app users can re-use large models files downloaded in the cache directory
[x] add new base images that support torch vision libraries
[x] add new base images that support various HF libraries
