Non-temporary things in the temp directory #19

I did not track down when this happened, but there are a lot of files in the temp directory. I know I put in one named do_not_delete_this_dir which should possibly just be a .gitignore, but perhaps I at some deleted the directory and got bitten by it.

Other files look like example input or output. Most obviously out-of-place is the file letterhead-template.dotx.

Never mind, it is Monday morning. There is no problem.
