This is a patch-level release to update Annotation and its subtypes to handle classification tasks in a more consistent way.

Added general properties (label, labelset, and classification) for recording classification results (https://github.com/clamsproject/mmif/issues/218)

@keighrim In retrospect I do have one comment. Should we not release this as 1.1.0 because the changes are not cosmetic?

It's not a cosmetic change. Actually this PR is not even a cosmetic change, indeed it's not changing anything in the MMIF specification. All updates in this PR are only on vocabulary types, and thus should not break anything. https://mmif.clams.ai/versioning/ & https://github.com/clamsproject/mmif/issues/14#issuecomment-1503839887
