Add ability to save workflows #11

This may include statistics on when the workflow ran. This is a feature request from GBH.

Not sure what to do with this. The original config file and the docker-compose file generated from it serve most of those needs. And a recent new logging feature writes some data on views created to the standard output.

Maybe just sprucing up the logging would be enough.
