When you start musikcube and use a remote database you are actually using the database from musikcubed but you are not using musikcubed to play the music.
A nice use case would be to have a remote frontend installed on the pc (WEB? applet? musikcube as remote like the android app) in order to be able to use the pc running musikcubed as the player and ALSO use the android app as a remote control for the same instance.
