Is there a issue tracker for the actual market billing service?   I'd like to 
star any issue enhancement that also exists there for subscriptions.

Any idea on when we might see Subscriptions in IAB v3? are we talking weeks? 
months? Would be handy to know before using IAB v2...

We're working on it! We expect subscriptions to be available soon on IABv3.

Awesome, thanks for your help :) would you suggest learning and implement IABv2 
in the interum? If it will be released in the next couple of weeks It's 
probably better for me just to wait. Any guidance would be helpful!

Hi, we've some really big problems with IABv2 that is not sending notifications 
to all devices and updates latest status for all managed purchase and 
transactions. 

Can we have at least a not precise ETA? We cannot get bad feedback because 
users don't get their product (paid).
