ui issue

hi I tried last clappr version with last level-selector plugin available and ui is strange compared to before

• order is inversed
• there is a new entry with bitrate
• when opened that should show all possilities and not a scroll

hi I can see that clappr 0.6 is out... maybe that would be interesting to update level-selector also with a better design anf fix some issues. Thanks
