addses s/Tutorial 10 d/9/9/2020 Since not putting the zero infront of the day and month works why doesnt it work for year

This would not make sense to implement for year.

We intended for this to work only for day and month.

The reason we allowed this to work for day and month is to slightly enhance UX, but it does not make sense to include a similar design consideration for year.

We don't think classes existed in the years 999 and below, did they?
