Make all messages private #11

Having a bot posting public messages in all channels adds fatigue.

Please make those messages private :pray:

I do think it's important that feedback is kept visual. That said, if it really raises an issue we could imagine a few things, just suggestions:

make clara coins react differently if it's in an "exchange" slack channel vs other channels
allow users to opt out of public messages (slack allows bots to hold per user configuration preferences)
review the feedback format to make it less prominent

That gives more importance to the tool's visibility, than to the people well being.

Visibility will already happen during ceremonies.

I have an idea. At the end of the quarter, before the reset of the counters, we could create a "joint venture" survey with Italy and France to ask for feedback from users on these kinds of topics to make a decision. Various options are available, but I think it would be hard to define a road without talking with the users.

@francesco-strazzullo 100% agreed and we ll have plenty of feedback too. We ll just have to make sure that the survey does cover the most important issues being raised
