The sensitivity analysis currently only exists as an R file, and it needs to be converted into an Rmd file with better documentation. The sensitivity analysis must also be changed to an analysis on the 16S data, to get around some of the methodological ambiguities that were brought up in previous Technical WG meetings about the ITS data.
