Better handling of multiple files, or whole directories #6

Currently, multiple files can be supplied on the command-line, but they effectively all get concatenated in to one file, as all output is written to standard output.

Following on from issue #5, it would be useful to be able to supply multiple file names on the command line, or even a whole directory, and have them all converted to dokuwiki files with sensible names.

Closing as "won't fix" as I'm not using dokuwiki any more, so no plans to do more work on this repo. Contributions welcome though.
