Incorporate --bam-list from freebayes #3

Hi! Is it possible to include the --bam-list option from freebayes to read in a list of BAM files to be analyzed rather than specifying each individual BAM file?

that's a reasonable suggestion, but I'm on leave, so I won't get to this for some time. Also, the main fork that's being maintained is over at https://github.com/KCCG/mity
