Improve UI icon to show whether tool needs credentials or is public #19

At the moment, a closed lock symbol is used in the tool description, even if the tool is public. This is confusing. Either use a neutral symbol, or two symbols (open lock/closed lock).

A new icon is now being used to indicate that the tool does not require authentication (open lock). I close the issue.
