This pull request contains a partial sample of ParlaMint-RO data.

Missing annotations:

parliamentary group affiliations
coalition/opposition data.

@RePierre your sample is too large with annotated files. Can you please remove some pairs of TEI and TEI.ana files (and also <xi:include... in root files) ? The required size is <100MB in total.
