RS: missing person gender #816

The current RS corpus has lots of persons without the <sex> element, even though in Serbian it is easy to determine based on the person's forename. Examples: MihajlovićDušan, AtilaJuhas, MedvedevDmitrij, LjušićRadoš etc.

As explained in #815, a procedure to fix this is now in place, so, closing.
