Make data provider (CLARIN centre) a facet #217

We are now indexing and showing the data provider for each record. For example, a record from Leipzig shows

Data provider: ASV Leipzig

It would be helpful, especially for centres wanting to showcase their records in the VLO, to make this available as a facet. It would then also be easy to jump from a record (e.g. after following a shared link) to the set of records from that specific provider. It could also be helpful for curation purposes.

Branch issue217 is ready to be merged. The following fields were renamed and the new field "dataProvider" (former "dataProviderName", based on the harvester's map.csv) is now a searchable facet. If the harvester does not provide a value in map.csv, the data root (e.g. "CLARIN Centres", "Others") is used instead.
