Search results include 188,341 record(s), of which 188,320 hidden duplicate(s)

The total number (188,341) is incorrect. Production in fact shows 24 results for this query and only three (near) duplicates are shown in the results. Refs #195

Looks like it might be that the 'fast' request handler has an 'OR' default rather than 'AND'
