Facets are not using Unicode #247

We are using the VLO for an internal project and noticed that the facets are not able to display unicode correctly (see attached picture).

I managed to reproduce this with a VLO 4.7.0 image but not with the latest development version of the VLO (also in Docker). My guess is that this was fixed with the switch to Java 11 and/or the upgrade to Wicket 8 or possibly another library.
