Use information from components with resource proxy refs for resource info #25

The metadata payload (//Components) subsections with resource proxy references (@cmd:ref) often contain better or more detailed resource information (name, resource type, resource specific licence) than the resource proxies section. Use this information if it is available.

A nice example of a record with resource specific metadata (descriptions) is http://hdl.handle.net/11858/00-097C-0000-0023-625F-0 (VLO)

Records coming from the VCR also provide a nice use case. See for example the resource labels in hdl_58_11372_47_VC-1002.
