explore options to filter out cc-nc licensed resources #314

From our value proposition:

For this industry sector CLARIN can offer access to an invaluable wealth of tools and data, part of which is available under Open Access conditions (i.e., not limited to research in affiliated institutions)

For a further version of the VP, it would be great to substantiate this claim, e.g. looking into the CC-licensed resources in the VLO without the NC clause.

Maybe this is already possible with some smart query but it is not completely obvious at this moment how to do this.

It wouldn't be too hard to make such a filter. Most difficult part would be to come up with a nice way to incorporate this into the UI.

A more or less accurate query for retrieving this set of records would be:

license:*creativecommons* -license:*by-nc*
