Preview of image resources #54

Records with image resources (to be detected via resource proxy mime type) can have a preview in case the image is publicly available and not too large. A ​dynamic resource can be used to implement this functionality (download image and make a thumbnail on basis of the file location) in Wicket, probably with local (to VLO server) caching.

Preview can be made available in the search results quite easily by having a dedicated field with the location of the image (so that the web app doesn't have to process the resource list for each record...)

In case of multiple images on a record, first one should probably be used - or in case of a canonical thumbnail a collage.

This can be taken into account when preparing the new VLO front end design (see #757). This actual ticket may be postponed to 3.5 or later...

Note: perhaps the licence of the resource has to be taken into account. Not sure if it's always ok to make a (scaled down) copy of an image under copyright and display it in the VLO.
