Upgrade VTD-XML dependency #92

Currently (VLO 4.2.0), version 2.11 of VTD-XML is used, which was released in 2012. Upgrading to a later version (latest release is 2.13 at the time of writing) causes issues with parsing, specifically the AutoPilot in the createConceptLinkPathMapping method - possibly also in other places.

See what adaptations have to be made to make the importer work with the latest version of VTD-XML. Some change information is bundled with the package (2.12, 2.13).

More recent vtd-xml versions have overcome the above mentioned problems.
