Use history API to reflect selected item and space in URL #135

Represent the item id and space in the URL so that copy/pasting it allows for sharing as a 'deep link'

Supporting the history API should also support using the browser's 'back' button (and after that also 'forward') to navigate to items and spaces that were visited earlier
