Update REST paths for CMDI 1.2 #1

A number paths will change in the Component Registry 2.1 REST service

/registry/profiles -> /registry/1.x/profiles
/registry/components -> /registry/1.x/components
/registry/items -> /items
/registry/groups -> /groups
/registry/AllowedTypes -> /allowedTypes

Wrong component. Re-instantiated as https://github.com/clarin-eric/component-registry-front-end/issues/29
