Administrator should be able to change 'published' state #39

The administrator cannot publish but not unpublish a component via the admin interface. This should be possible to fix accidental publication.

Status and public visibility can be changed but item cannot be moved into another space – however I would interpret that as out of scope for this ticket.

Reopened, changing these properties in the XML in the admin interface does not persist

It is possible to change the status (development <> production <> deprecated) via the admin interface. Have not identified a need in practice to "unpublish", i.e. move back to a user's private space or team space. Closing this issue without any specific changes.
