Including external IDP logos might affect performance and leak privacy sensitive data #52

After excluding embedded logos from the idp json file we have to think how we can support this in the future. Host these images ourselves?

Also, loading these images from external locations might leak some privacy sensitive information (IP addressess) to external parties.
