Country selection is not clear (no Show providers in … string) #7

Add a label to the country combobox and change the "All" entry into "All countries"

"All" element has been change to "All countries".

Added a label breaks to horizontal layout, do we really need this or is the change of the "All" item already sufficient to signal what the combobox is for?

Just discussed with Dieter and the current implementation is sufficient. No additional label is needed.
