DataCite to CMDI conversion (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/clarin-eric/metadata-conversion/master/datacite-cmdi/datacite_to_cmdi.xsl) recognises namespace xmlns:datacite_oai="http://schema.datacite.org/oai/oai-1.1/"

Whereas Hamburg provider specifies (older?) http://schema.datacite.org/oai/oai-1.0/:
