Multiple languages not split #3

Reported by our colleagues from IDS:

Sometimes, combinations of languages are listed as a single language (e.g. “Deutsch, Englisch”, “Deutsch ; Englisch”).

Note that in the case of IDS this is actually how these values appear in the record. For instance
