Too many collection name variants #4

Reported by our colleagues from IDS:

There are typos and different variants of collection names, e.g. “Institut für Deutsche Sprache, CLARIN-D Zentrum, Mannheim”, “Leibniz-Institut für Deutsche Sprache”, “Leibniz-Institut für Deutsche Sprache, CLARIN-D Zentrum, Mannheim” and “Leibniz- Institut für Deutsche Sprache, CLARIN-D-Zentrum, Mannheim” all pertain to data from the same institution. This is maybe more of an issue with metadata quality than the VLO, though.
