The example is strange as it mixes events from the British and Slovenian parliament.
It seems that older links are not working. The oldest record I found is: https://www.dz-rs.si/wps/portal/Home/seje/evidenca?mandat=V&type=sz&uid=8F5F73E53C87B1F9C125772D0036D66F
