We should have - for starters - at least one PPC fully encoded in TEI-Parla. Do this either for siParl or slovParl (or both).

siParl 2.0 (http://hdl.handle.net/11356/1300) is encoded in Parla-CLARIN, and an example is included in this project (in 80de56). So, done!
