harmonize spelling #377

Some fields use more or less controlled vocabularies (e.g. input format, Annotation), but the spelling sometimes differs (XML vs xml, POS vs PoS). Make sure that always the same spelling is used.

Maybe also do this for links, e.g. http://www.doi.org vs. http://doi.org
