Text Tonsorium does not receive input language #165

Tested on Beta. How to reproduce: Enter/copy a text into the Switchboard "Submit Text" input box. Select "Text Tonsorium - Lemmas" or "Text Tonsorium - Advanced Mode". The input is correctly classified as "text/plain" but the language field is empty. Notify @BartJongejan

Issue solved. The translation table from ISO639-2 to ISO639-1 was somehow lost. The translation table is re-created.

Thanks. I have now pushed the texton changes to the production switchboard.
