Fix or delete admin Statistics #23

As admin, one has access to the generic (non-Piwik) statistics page: https://www.clarin.si/repository/xmlui/statistics. These results have some problems. The page should probably be either fixed or removed from the menu.

Details (perhaps old):

right hand month column has missing entries for 06/2015 to 03/2016 - can these be recovered?
right hand month column has stats for 2013, but these should be killed, as this was the trial period
Note message "Statistics generated for the period starting from Dec 1, 2014 to Dec 31, 2014"
