Validation: syntax errors #11

The official validation script (see http://quest.ms.mff.cuni.cz/cgi-bin/zeman/unidep/validation-report.pl) with stricter validation rules as before reports on the following types of syntax errors:

  1. advmodshould be ADV, but it's not
  2. auxshould be AUX, but it's not
  3. cc|mark|fixed|punct is not expected to have children, but it does
  4. punctuation causes non-projectivity of nodes

If necessary and/or if time, the rules should be amended by priority, i.e. from actual errors (4) or legacy issues (3) to intentional UD deviations (1-2)

I guess they should be, if we want to be in the next release. Which we do.
