All study types, which have a calculation method that contains the string "emikat" in the calculation method id field should use a study area that intersects a polygon from the cities taxonomy (see also https://github.com/clarity-h2020/csis-helpers-module/issues/12#issuecomment-562505399). The old behaviour is described here
