This PR

replace the repl with clarinet-sdk-browser
fixes minor typos
updates client.js to deploy a contract
adds special handling if the contract deployment fails because verification asserts! failed
replaces #51
fixes #36

Open issue:

Code snippets with asserts! do not show the throw value but abort.
the last statement's result is always shown. In the previous version it was sometime not shown when there are events.

Thanks for fixing @friedger. Do both you and @hugocaillard want to be listed as contributors on the title page? If so, feel free to make those changes.

I don't have a lot of bandwidth to maintain the book. We can summon the people from the Stacks Foundation or see if we can clinch a DeGrant.
